The staff were friendly and efficient, and our room was excellent - clean, comfortable, and in immaculate condition. One thing that impressed me was that they allowed us to check in early, which gave us almost an extra day to explore the city without carrying heavy luggage around. We had a great stay here! The location was perfect for exploring the city, and the room was clean and comfortable with excellent amenities like air conditioning and an electric kettle. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and we especially enjoyed the complimentary welcome drink.

The hotel is conveniently located in a good area for getting around the city, close to major transportation hubs including a subway station and a mainline station. The cleanliness of the room was excellent and it had all the necessary facilities we needed. The bed in the room was huge and very comfy. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Nothing to complain about at all.

The location of the hotel was great, as it was close to both St Pancras rail terminal and the theatre that we attended. It was also very convenient being close to Euston train station. The room we stayed in was clean and a good size, with a comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and provided great service. Breakfast was enjoyable with plenty of options to choose from.
The noise from the road outside the hotel was a slight downside, especially for rooms located at the front.
